Tuesday Tips: Teach Compassion

Teaching your mentor compassion can be done through volunteer work, or any way you can help someone else.

This past Monday, one of the UP Center foster families lost their their home to a fire, displacing the family of six. While they are safe, they are in need of clothing and furnishings.  Why not hit the thrift store with your mentee and help fill a need!

Here are some things you can bless them with:

• Boy's youth pants size: 12/14, shirt size 12 or medium
• Men's pants size 32 or Medium, shirt large
• Men's pants size 40, shirt x-large 
• Furnishings
• Kitchen supplies
• Anything else you can think of!
